The Haus Of Lament is a clothing line for those who share a morbid curiosity and obsession with the macabre. Once stemming from a life long fascination with death and other darkly inclined interests. The thoughts of creation have now turned to reality for the world to see and own. Created in
New York City in 2022, The Haus Of Lament are the makers of contemporary deathwear.

We unfortunately cannot accept returns as each item is handmade. Exchanges are allowed only within 7 days of recieving the item.
There are no refunds. Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

There are no exchanges on previously exchanged clothing items. There are no exchanges on clothing items that have been worn.
All exchanges must be sent back in the original packaging folded neatly with tags still attached.
We reserve the right to refuse exchanged item that are damaged, worn, washed, have cigarette or body odor, pet hair, etc.
Items received and judged to not be in perfect condition will be shipped back to the purchaser and charged at the full amount plus return shipping.
When returning an item please include a copy of your receipt inside the package as well as a note stating the new design and/or size of the item you would like to exchange it for.
Please ship back with insurance and tracking. We are not responsible for packages lost by shipping carriers on the way back to us.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for exchange orders to be shipped out.
